Only hope would not suffice when medical care is the need of the hour. The Emirates Airline Foundation strives to fill that gap by providing tickets that fly doctors from various charities on humanitarian missions to people who need them most. The foundation recently provided 19 tickets that took doctors from The Paul Chester Children's Hope Foundation (PCCHF) from New York to Kenya.

PCCHF provides vital medical assistance and life changing surgeries to families in remote communities of developing countries. Through an ongoing medical programme in Kenya, many lives have been changed for the better. This recent mission visited four sites, treated 1,000 patients and performed surgery on 60.

William Chester, Executive Director and co-founder of the foundation, said: “We would like to thank Emirates Airline Foundation's donors for providing our medical volunteers with air tickets to Kenya for our recent medical mission. The tickets were truly an invaluable gift. With the help of donations from supporters such as you, we will continue to make a difference in the lives of children and families.”
